Cleaning Services

1. What types of cleaning services do you offer, and do you specialise in any particular type of carpet cleaning?

We provide comprehensive cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, and specialised carpet cleaning. Our carpet cleaning services extend to various types of carpets, with a particular focus on delicate and decorative carpets such as Persian carpets.

2. Are your cleaning staff trained and insured?

Yes, our cleaning staff are fully trained in the latest cleaning techniques and use of equipment. They are also insured to give you peace of mind when they are working in your home or office.

3. What products do you use for cleaning?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, your employees, and the environment. Our products are also effective in removing dirt, stains, and allergens from various surfaces and materials.

4. How often do you recommend professional cleaning?

5. Can my Housekeeper clean whilst I'm out?

All cleaners on our platform go through an 8-step background checking process, so you can trust them to clean your home whilst you are out.

6. Is my Cleaner/technician okay with pets?

All our cleaners/technicians are asked upon joining the platform if they are comfortable working with pets. As long as you let us know that you have a pet, we can ensure you’re assigned to person who is happy to work around animals.

7. Can I reschedule or cancel my clean?

Yes, Your cleaners are fully flexible until 18:00 the day before the clean – you can reschedule, skip or cancel any clean in your online account before this time without incurring any charge.

8. How do you background-check Technicians/cleaners?

All of our staff are background checked. This covers a right to work check, and a basic criminal record check.

9. Will I always have the same cleaner?

When you book in for a regular weekly or fortnightly clean, we will match you with a cleaner who can come to you on a recurring basis.

10. What cleaning products do I need to provide for my House?

All customers need to provide a mop & bucket, toilet brush and vacuum cleaner.

You can pay for your Housekeeper to provide all other cleaning products when booking for (extra charges of £5.00 per visit). If you prefer to supply your own products, please ensure you have the following:
